HIUG Online

The HIUG annual conference is an inspiring and highly informative user conference for all Healthcare Customers.  This will be the 14th annual event for HIUG and promises to be the most successful conference, yet.  This year’s event will be held at the beautiful Grande Lakes Orlando, JW Marriott!  This conference is open to all employees of Healthcare organizations with licensed Oracle products. In addition, employees of vendors accepted by the conference as exhibitors and those individuals who are co-presenters may attend. ALL OTHER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DENIED.

Costs:

Fees

  • Early Bird Registration will open on March 3, 2008.
  • Early bird registration rate is $625 - On or before April 27, 2008
  • Regular registration rate is $895 - Between April 28, 2008 and May 27, 2008.
  • Late/on-site registration rate is $1095
  • Executive Symposium only registration rate is $250

GUEST PASS

  • A guest pass fee of $350 includes participation in one Sunday activity as well as the Theme Dinner event on Tuesday evening. Conference sessions are for conference attendees only. Guests are not invited to attend sessions. (Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend any conference related events or activities.)

Group Discount

  • Send 7 or more paid conference attendees from the same Healthcare organization and receive $100 off each registration. Healthcare Industry User Group membership must be valid. Discounts cannot be combined (i.e. complimentary or discounted registrations). Please note – All members of a group must be registered using the same Healthcare organization. If all 7 members of your group are not registered by May 27, 2008, you will be required to pay the $100 difference.
 

 Attendee Registration Policies

Conference Confirmation Policy:
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Conference Cancellation Policy:
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Friday, May 2, 2008. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $75 service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after May 2, 2008 or no-shows.

Conference Substitution Policy:
Attendee substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time, at no cost.

Conference Dress Code:
The conference dress code is business casual. Please dress in layers as the room temperature will vary based on room capacity and attendance.
