Attendee Registration Policies Conference Confirmation Policy: Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Conference Cancellation Policy: Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Friday, May 2, 2008. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $75 service charge. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after May 2, 2008 or no-shows. Conference Substitution Policy: Attendee substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time, at no cost. Conference Dress Code: The conference dress code is business casual.
