 | The Healthcare Industry User Group (HIUG) is open to all healthcare organizations and payers that have licensed an Oracle product. This includes both provider and managed care organizations. Within the Healthcare sector, organizations strive to provide quality services to benefit the people they serve. Healthcare organizations are faced with the challenge of providing quality care while maintaining and protecting the financial viability of their organization. Because of this unique paradox, it is beneficial for these organizations to unite in such a way as to share experiences and challenges. The HIUG is proud to represent over 180 organizations and 3,000 individual members.
HIUG Online is the primary tool by which HIUG members stay in touch with each other and with developments in the world of Oracle application software. It features a variety of tools such as News, Forums (list serves), the File Library, Issues Tracker, Surveys, Past Conference Sessions, Job Postings, and more, available to all registered users.
