The Healthcare Industry Users Group continues to grow and now includes Oracle PeopleSoft, eBusiness, Siebel and Hyperion healthcare organizations. Interact 2014 will take place June 22-25, 2014, at the Rosen ShingleCreek Resort in Orlando, Florida. We are expecting more than 500 attendees from over 90 healthcare organizations in attendance. HIUG’s Interact conference is an annual event that provides Oracle Partners and other vendors the perfect opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals. Vendors can participate in the conference in several ways; as an exhibitor/conference sponsor, in exhibitor sponsored presentations, and as session co-presenters with HIUG members/clients. The Sponsorship Prospectus provides an overview of the Healthcare Industry Users Group Interact 2014 Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship options. This brochure includes rates for exhibitors, and a summary of the benefits of being a corporate sponsor of the conference and the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Agreement Form. Book your team’s registrations ahead of time and save! If you purchase your extra registrations with your sponsorship you don’t need to lock in your attendee names until you’re ready but you get a guaranteed price by pre-paying. This offer is only available at the time you buy your sponsorship.

  • Advance Exhibit Hall Registration* - Exhibit Hall Only registrations include meals but does not include conference bag, conference program or bag inserts at registration (badge only), the closing event or sessions) - $500
  • Advance Full Registration* - Full Registrations include meals, all registration materials, and all attendee special events & sessions) - $695
  • For current rates refer to the Important Dates section below.
  • NOTE - Exhibit Hall Only registrations include breakfast and lunch BUT DO NOT INCLUDE the Closing Event or session attendance; these require purchase of a Full Registration pass.

* Please note that vendor attendees wishing to bring a guest to any HIUG special events during the conference must purchase a separate guest pass.

Printed Agenda Advertisement Specs - As part of your sponsorship you may have a full page or half page ad that you can submit for the agenda. If you are unsure or wish to purchase ad space or an upgrade of your current ad please contact Bob Blackburn. The specifications for submitting your ad are as follows:

  • The inside page ads do not bleed.
  • It is best not to bleed any inside page ads.
  • The covers you can bleed to full 81/2 x 11 plus 1/8 overlap all around.
