The Healthcare Industry User Group continues to grow and now includes Oracle PeopleSoft, eBusiness, Siebel and Hyperion healthcare organizations. Interact 2015 will take place June 7-10, 2015, at the Venetian Palazzo, in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are expecting more than 500 attendees from over 90 healthcare organizations in attendance. HIUG's Interact conference is an annual event that provides Oracle Partners and other vendors the perfect opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals. Vendors can particpate in the conference in several ways; as an exhibitor/conference sponsor, in exhibitor sponsored presentations, and as session co-presenters with HIUG members/clients. Exhibit area booths and sponsorship opportunities sell out quickly, so don't delay, make your plans now to be part of Interact 2015!

The Sponsorship Prospectus provides an overview of the Healthcare Industry Users Group Interact 2015 Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship options. This brochure includes rates for exhibitors, and a summary of the benefits of being a corporate sponsor of the conference the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Agreement Form. When you are ready to join our growing sponsor and exhibitor list, have your conference coordinator complete and email the Agreement form (last two pages of prospectus) to Bob Blackburn rnb@blackburnconsulting.ca. Bob Blackburn has been contracted by the Healthcare Industry Users Group to manage HIUG's vendor relations including Exhibitor and Sponsorship sales for Interact 2015. Printed Agenda Advertisement Specs - As part of your sponsorship you may have a full page or half page ad that you can submit for the agenda. If you are unsure or wish to purchase ad space or an upgrade of your current ad, please contact Bob Blackburn. The specifications for submitting your ad are as follows:
- The inside page ads do not bleed
- It is best not to bleed any inside page ads
- The covers you can bleed to full 81/2 x 11 plus 1/8 overlap all around

Exhibitor Registration Fees
Vendors MUST use the vendor codes they were provided with to register their attendees for Interact 2015. All vendor registrations, including those that are part of your sponsorship, require that you stay at the conference hotel in order to obtain the best registration rate. If you are not staying at the conference hotel you will be charged the difference between the "official hotel" rate and the "unofficial hotel" rate. Early Bird Rate
You must stay at an official Interact Conference Hotel and book through the Interact Housing Link only. (Do not go directly to the hotel to book your room). You will be asked for your confirmation number when you start the registration process. If you change your hotel to a hotel outside the conference block after registering, your registration will be charged an adjustment to the conference rate. **Housing will open November 5, 2014. |
