August 24, 2020 | All Sponsor Mobile App information must be received - profile, logo, video ads, Calendly links, etc. |
August 24, 2020 | All "Coffee Break" Sponsor content must be received |
August 24, 2020 | All gamification content (tasks/challengs) must be received |
August 31, 2020 | Session schedule available |
September 07, 2020 | Mobile App goes live |
September 11, 2020 | Any audience polling questions requested for your sessions must be submitted by this date. A maximum of 5 questions may be submitted. |
September 14, 2020 | Zoom links available for session rooms (presenters will be emailed zoom links on September 24) |
September 14, 2020 | Pre-conference attendee list available |
September 28-30, 2020 | Virtual Interact 2020 |
October 05, 2020 | Post-conference attendee list available |
