Jay Bhatt, D.O., MPH, MPA

Jay Bhatt, D.O., MPH, MPA is a physician executive, internist, geriatrician, and public health innovator. As Executive Director of the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions (DCHS) and the Deloitte Health Equity Institute (DHEI), Dr. Bhatt directs the research, insights, and eminence agenda across the life sciences and health care industry while driving high impact collaborations to advance health equity. He is a prominent thought leader around the issues of health equity, health care transformation, public health, and innovation. Passionate about patient care, Dr. Bhatt will continue practicing medicine at local community health centers in Chicago and Cook County while serving in his leadership role at Deloitte.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Dr. Bhatt was senior vice president and chief medical officer at the American Hospital Association. While there, in addition to his enterprise role, he served as President of the Health Research and Educational Trust and help lead the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity. His early work in health care involved practicing primary care at Erie Family Health Center, sitting on faculty at Northwestern Medicine, Chief Health Officer of the Illinois Health and Hospital Association and serving as managing deputy commissioner and chief innovation officer for the Chicago Department of Public Health.
Jay earned a B.A. from the University of Chicago; Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine; Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago; and Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government as a Zuckerman and Commonwealth Fund Minority Health Policy Fellow. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

Eileen advises Healthcare leaders nationally to drive transformational and complex changes through a pragmatic and business-focused lens; concentrating on strategic operating models, organization design, talent strategies, and culture.
Many of these transformations enable key strategic priorities, including working with National and Regional Health plans and Providers to transform operating models and enable ways of working to drive innovation, agility, margin improvement, customer centricity, systemness, and collaboration.
Eileen forms trusted relationships with HR, business, clinical and IT leaders - collaborating to shape their strategy and sustains long-term partnerships through implementations with a focus on realizing targeted value or identified business case.
Eileen leads Deloitte’s Life Sciences Health Care Human Capital practice and has served as the Chief People Officer for Deloitte’s Health care sector. Eileen completed her MBA at Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in Organization & Management. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Chris and two young children.

Industry Executive Director
As an Industry Executive Director at Oracle, Sue leverages her deep healthcare business acumen in industry trends, regulations, and overall market indicators to collaborate with customers on identifying digital transformation opportunities. She provides thought leadership and sector relevant messaging to drive outcomes that are powered by Oracle’s industry-leading cloud applications portfolio. Her expertise across value chains in the Healthcare Provider and Payor environments includes those core processes that connect data and drive transformation throughout clinical, financial, supply chain, member/patient systems and operations.
Sue’s 25+ years of executive-level leadership experience across the Healthcare arena is manifested in a proven track record of identifying/driving strategic initiatives, leading teams, and achieving high performance results. Her breadth of knowledge includes product vision & design, business development, organizational change management/process improvement, accounts receivable management, large-scale systems implementation and support, client management and advocacy, financial reporting, and analytics.
Prior to joining Oracle, Sue served as SVP, Financial Solutions, at NextGen Healthcare where she led the strategy and solutions teams in NextGen’s financial product portfolio. In this role, she was a trusted advisor to strategic C-level clients throughout healthcare, developing and executing strategic plans for growth, physician adoption, and competitive market advantage. Before her nine years at NextGen, Sue was Director of the Central Business Office at BJC Medical Group in St Louis, where she managed the revenue cycle for 125 primary care and specialty practices; directed and supported the system-wide implementation and use of the Group’s practice management/EHR system. Sue’s career also included stops at Physician Data Management (as Chief Operating Officer), CRG Computer Services, and Deaconess Hospital.
Lead Principle Health Innovation Scientist
Alexandra Carolina Ehrlich is a biostatistician with over 15 years of experience in clinical outcomes, clinical trials, and real-world evidence research. She is currently the Lead Principal Health Innovation Scientist with Oracle’s Health Innovation and Scientific Advisory team focusing on novel approaches and solutions for the health and healthcare industry.
Alexandra began her career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) specializing in chronic disease surveillance analytics. She then embarked on the healthcare path as the Lead Analyst for Clinical Strategy and Operations at the Southeastern Kaiser Permanente. She held the Lead Biostatistician role at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Cardiology department, specializing in pediatric cardiology patient outcomes. Before coming to Oracle she transitioned to technology solutions and product consulting at PerkinElmer Informatics focusing on Real World Data in life sciences and biotech.
