GENERAL INTERACT 2022 QUESTIONS
The HIUG Interact Conference is an annual user-driven conference of Oracle application Healthcare users. The conference comprises 600+ attendees, 45+ vendors, and 175+ educational sessions/clinics. Click here to find out more information.
All employees of Healthcare Institutions, with licensed Oracle Enterprise application products. In addition, employees of partners accepted by the conference as exhibitors may attend.
No other registrations will be accepted.
The Interact Conference is from June 12-15, 2022.

You have to be a registered sponsor or paid attendee to obtain this list. To obtain this list, navigate to your Interact registration and login. Click on the Summary tab and then under "Other Attendees" you will be able to search four different ways. Members can opt out of being included in this list during registration.

To receive the Early-Bird rate you MUST book a hotel room at the Official Interact Hotel (JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa). DO NOT go directly to the hotel to book. Once your reservation is booked, you will receive your hotel acknowledgement number to plug into your registration to receive the Early-Bird rate. Your registration must be completed and paid by April 29, 2022.
Registration fee per attendee includes Sunday Community Clinics, admission to all sessions, one Sunday Networking Activity, Sunday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Night Theme Party, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch (Monday - Wednesday).

No, checks will not be accepted on-site. The only method of payment accepted on-site will be credit cards. Please make sure you pay for your registration before arriving to the conference. There will only be a limited amount of On-site registrations and there is the chance that the conference may sell out. We encourage you to register before the conference starts to receive the best rate.
Please provide a written notice of cancellation sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
Attendee registration substitution/transfer will be allowed at any time, at no cost
A $100 cancellation fee will be applied, and require written notice of cancellation via email to Interact Support.
No refunds for cancellations will be given starting June 10, 2022 nor will they be given for no-shows.
Yes, you may purchase the guest pass. All Interact 2022 registered guests must not be in any industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests are welcome to participate in the Sunday Keynote, opening reception and the Tuesday Night Theme Party.
Call for Proposals is open and will close on January 28, 2022. The conference committee will not accept late session proposals. Thanks for your interest in delivering quality learning to our members! Visit the Submission Information webpage for more information.

Interact 2022 housing will be at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Miami, FL. Please click here to make your hotel reservations. Please DO NOT go to the hotel directly to book your room. You will need to book through the hotel link and use that acknowledgement/confirmation code to receive the Early Bird Rate for your registration.
