The Healthcare Industry Users Group continues to grow and now includes Oracle PeopleSoft, eBusiness, Siebel and Hyperion healthcare organizations. Interact 2010 will take place June 27-30, 2010, at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort and Spa in Orlando, FL. We are expecting more than 100 healthcare organizations in attendance this year. HIUG’s Interact conference is an annual event that provides Oracle Partners and other vendors a terrific opportunity to interact with more than 400 individuals from Healthcare Institutions. Vendors can participate in the conference in several ways; as an exhibitor, in exhibitor sponsored presentations, as a conference sponsor, and as session co-presenters. Exhibit area booths and sponsorship opportunities sell out quickly, so don't delay, make your plans now to be part of Interact 2010!

General Information for Participating Partners

Exhibitor/Sponsorship Options and Pricing – The Vendor Prospectus provides an overview of the Healthcare Industry Users Group Interact 2010 Conference Exhibitor and Sponsorship options. This brochure includes rates for exhibitors, and a summary of the benefits of being a corporate sponsor of the conference and the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Agreement Form. When you are ready to join our growing sponsor and exhibitor list, have your conference contact complete and fax the Agreement form to Bob Blackburn at 519-743-0621. Bob Blackburn has been contracted by the Healthcare Industry Users Group to handle all of our Exhibitor and Sponsorship sales for Interact 2010. Exhibitor Registration Fees

Healthcare Industry Users Group Interact 2010 Conference has established sponsorship packages which include a minimum of 2 staff registrations as part of the package price. Additional staff may attend by registering at the prevailing rate. Registrations may also be purchased at the same time as your sponsorship (see Prospectus). Early bird registration rate is $675; Regular registration rate is $950; Late/on-site registration rate is $1150; Exhibit Hall Only passes during the earlybird period is $400; during the regular registration period it is $550; and during the late/onsite period it is $675 (no meals or session access are included with the Exhibit Hall Only registration option).

Printed Agenda Advertisement Specs - As part of your sponsorship you may have a full page or half page ad that you can submit for the agenda. If you are unsure or wish to purchase ad space or an upgrade of your current ad please contact Bob Blackburn. The specifications for submitting your ad are as follows:

  • The inside page ads do not bleed.
  • It is best not to bleed any inside page ads.
  • The covers you can bleed to full 81/2 x 11 plus 1/8 overlap all around.

  • All advertisements must be submitted by May 14, 2010.


Bag Inserts - Sponsors that have the benefit as part of their sponsorship can have a advertising insert included in the conference bag. Inserts are provided by the Sponsor and can be one or two sided color or black and white and can be no larger than 8.5” x 11”. Ship quantity: 400. Shipping instructions:

ALL BAG INSERT SHIPMENTS ARE TO BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL. BAG INSERT SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING MONDAY, JUNE 21, 2010 AND MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 25, 2010. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR YOUR BOOTH ITEMS (refer to the exhibitor kit for proper shipping labels for booth related materials). PLEASE ENSURE THAT BAG INSERT SHIPMENTS ARE LABELLED AS FOLLOWS:
