Artificial Intelligence can create new value, unlock future capabilities and growth opportunities for any organization. Voice AI is widely used technology today - Alexa, Cortana, Google Assistant and Siri in our personal lives but Voice Assistants are not widely utilized in business operations. There are few reasons: 1- No “Off-the-shelf” solution for ERP that integrates with organizations unique Business Operations out of the box. 2. AI is not a “ Set it and Forget it ” solution. The upfront and continuous investment makes ROI assessment messy. 3. Resistance to AI - People have a natural tendency to resist change. More so when they don't ...

COVID-19 brought the first major pandemic of our lifetime and some of the most significant changes to many people’s daily lives. It brought heart ache and tears, but it also brought a new way of thinking in the way companies do business and how employees work. From closing down businesses, shifting service industry jobs, to going remote for employment and services. The staple of healthcare was not immune. Deep into the pandemic healthcare systems had to regroup to not only prioritize their services, but change all their processes and procedures on the fly to segregate out COVID-19 care from other important healthcare services to maintain the safety of the patients ...
One benefit of PeopleSoft is the ability to customize and control the application. You can modify pages and write code to meet almost any requirement. Unfortunately, customization of delivered objects means more work to apply patches and updates, more testing, and most likely a less up-to-date environment. In some instances, a small customization that could improve a business process or user satisfaction is avoided simply because it would affect delivered objects. Now there are other options, thanks to tools like Page and Field Configurator and Event Mapping, that let you “customize” without touching delivered objects. We sometimes call this “configuration” ...
For troubleshooting nVision performance problems after a Tools or PUM upgrade If you are experiencing nVision performance problems after a Tools or PUM upgrade, or just performance issues with nVision in general; here are a few questions that you may want to ask your database and/or system admins, and application analysts. Many of the database oriented questions are assuming that your installation is on premise. I’m sure there are more possibilities that could be causing the issue, but these are a good start. As we start the new year after what has been an objectively an unusual and challenging year for all, it is all the more important to celebrate those moments and achievements that 2020 has brought. Landing Page Redefined

Using Web-based Joomla Content Management System as Landing Page Business case : Application URLs become increasingly difficult to track and manage especially when supporting multiple applications having multiple instances and multiple versions. Things quickly become cumbersome to bookmark the URLs and update as and when things change and to educate end-users when the application gets upgraded, switches to maintenance or disaster recovery mode Overall, from the support perspective we wanted the end-user experience to be seamless by having a landing page where application users are less concerned about bookmarking the application URLs and always ...
